User guide

This part is for people who use repobs: installing it, reading the dashboard, and what it reads and keeps. If you want to change repobs itself, go to the developer documentation.

Reading order

  1. Getting started

Install from a release or from source, start repobs and add your first repositories.

  2. Using repobs

The workbench, views, the timeline and agent cards, review states, notes, checklists, automation and shortcuts.

  3. Status semantics

What each agent state means, and the evidence and confidence behind it.

  4. Integrations

What is read from Claude Code and Codex, including agent plans, and the optional GitHub lookup.

  5. Privacy & security

What repobs reads, what it stores, and what it never sends anywhere.

  6. Limitations

What is not supported yet, and known gaps.
